Document ProcessThe Overseas employees or their authorized agent must send the above mentioned documents to International Placement Services P. Ltd.(their authorized recruiting agent in Nepal) who will apply to the Director General- Department of Labour for permission to recruit manpower through advertisement in local papers. A demand letter listing categories and numbers required is also essential. In addition a Guarantee letter issued by the employer on request addressed to the Labour Department in Nepal stating that the employees recruited form Nepal (as per the employment contract) will only be employed in the said company and country only and not in any other country.Sepcimen copy of employment contract, showing wages and other benefits including food, accommodation, transport, Medical facilities etc. copy of visa advice / entry permit etc.
LABOUR SELECTION PROCESS
Labour Selection ProcessUpon being satisfied of the credibility and legality of the demand we seek the permission of the Department of Labour to start the recruitment process. The identification of candidates will be done either form our massive existing database or by advertising for the position in the local newspapers through out the country.

Competency- based interviewing and relevant behavioral questionnaires to prepare a shortlist with recommendation to client. The selection will be entirely based on merit. A list of short- listed candidates will be presented to the client for final selection by the employer if need be. The company will help negotiate the offer of the employer with prospective workers regarding compensation structures, benefits and facilities, working conditions etc. Selected candidates will be sent for medical examination to an authorized hospital or clinic. If the candidate is fit medically and physically he will be eligible to sign the employment contract. Departure arrangements will then be made for him to join his new company. Before departure the workers will be made aware of the Laws, Labour laws, immigration policy of the host country through our orientation briefing. Stress will be put on the need to the maintain understanding and cordiality while in a foreign land. Follow-up with client and candidate subsequent to candidate joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
