FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY
1.
Represent Overseas Recruitment Firms/ Industries / Corporations as Authorized Recruiting Agent at the Ministry of Labour, Nepal Immigration Authority and other relevant department of the Government of Nepal for the purpose of obtaining the necessary permission for recruitment and immigration clearance to travel overseas for employment.
2.
Upon receipt of a Demand Letter, Identification of prospective candidates from our existing database or by advertising for the position in the local papers and through our national network of Agents
3.
Interview the candidates (by technical and administrative experts) on their competency and suitability for the job. Conduct a background check on educational and technical qualification of the candidate and prepare a shortlist with recommendations to client for further interviewing by the representative of the employer or selection.
4.
Help the candidate with the procurement of all relevant document i.e.Bio-data, Passport, Academic, Technical and Work Experience Certificates, Police Clearance Certificate.
5.
Arrange for a through medical examination of the selected candidates by an authorized medical institution or Doctor.
6.
Have all necessary documentation submitted for Visa application.
7.
Upon issuance of the visa make all arrangements for the workers to travel to the country of work and also make arrangements for their travel from the airport to their place of work. All relevant information regarding the workers will be worked out with and conveyed to the employer well in advance so ad to enable them to receive the workers at the airport.
8.
Carry out all functions as and when necessary to protect the interests of both the employer and employee.
9.
Make all arrangement for delegations from the employer traveling to Nepal for the purpose of selection of workers.
